I've been a licensed real estate professional for over 21 years, specializing in property management and eviction services. We are a family owned and operated company since 1996 and take great pride in the services we provide and the relationships we make along the way.


We have extensive expertise is in tenant/landlord compliance, handling evictions and navigating real estate law (and non-real estate laws that impact housing, ex: penal code/price gouging, city/county Municipal codes, etc). We help property owners manage their investments effectively and navigate even the most challenging situations with confidence.


As an expert in tenant/landlord compliance, I ensure that all parties understand and adhere to the latest regulations, minimizing risk and protecting your investments. My thorough and professional approach provides peace of mind, knowing your properties are in capable hands.


We have a full-service Property Management company (Stanislaus Property Management, Inc.) as well as an Eviction company (Central State Typing and Eviction Services), which service other property management companies throughout California. 


Additionally, we have fostered excellent relationships with several local and non-local property management companies, working together to raise the standard of excellence and provide exceptional service throughout California.
