Are you unclear of your rights as a Tenant? Need help? Whether you’re renting for the first time, or you are a returning renter, one of the most important decisions you’ll make is where you’re going to live. Like other important decisions, the more information you have, the better choice you can make. That’s why the California Apartment Association has prepared this Renting User Manual . We want to make sure your experience as a renter is hassle-free. We value our residents and want to make sure that you are aware of your rights prior to entering into a rental agreement. The manual below has been created by the California Apartment Association. The California Apartment Association is a great resource for Owners and Tenants. CAA is a strong advocate for Property Owners, Managers and Tenants. They are the only organization in the Multi-Family housing industry with a Code of Ethics that their members sign up for and have a Resident Bill of Rights. Stanislaus Property Management is a proud member of the CAA. RENTING-USER MANUAL
